Vertex ng quadratic equation (parabola) formula:
Y = palakol  2  sup> + bx + c (a ≠ 0)
Pagkatapos Vertex X coordinate =  b> -b / 2a, y coordinate = f (-b / 2a).
Halimbawa, sa isang parabola o aquladratic equation tulad ng y = x  2  sup> + 2x + 5, x = -b / 2a = -2 / 2 * 1 = -1/1 = -1. I-plug ito pabalik sa equation, y = 1 - 2 + 5 = 4, kaya ang kaitaasan ng parabola ay (-1,4).
